Product Introduction：
V-Cell media is manufactured from water-resistant glass micro fiber or syntheic fiber. The media is pleated form the filter pack and use hot melting glue to replace the traditional aluminum separators. Per ASHRAE 52.1-1992 standard, the filters have an average atmospheric dust spot efficiency range 60-65%,80-85% and 90-95% (in NBS TestMethod); per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is MERV11, MERV12 & MERV14. The frame is available for Metal Frame (Galvanizd Steel) in box type or header type and ABS frame in header type. lt contains more media (up to 40%) than standard Medium Efficiency Air filters. With high capacity, low pressure drop advantages, can be used to replace the traditional aluminum separators filters. lt is ideal for the most difficult operation conditions, i.e. High Velocity, Variable Air Volume System.
